BK Plc seeks to engage a Qualified and experienced Testing & Quality Assurance (QA) Service

Temenos partner with demonstrated expertise in Software Quality Assurance to perform

independent quality assurance services for its Temenos Transact (T24) Core Banking System

upgrade project. BK Plc hereby invites proposals from eligible local, regional, and international

Temenos partners with a proven track record in delivering the above mentioned services.

Terms of References (TORs) for the above mentioned services will be sent to emails of

interested bidders from the 14 th /04/2026. Interested Bidders should express their interest to

tender on procurement@bk.rw. Bids with a cover letter addressed to the Head of

Administration and Procurement of Bank of Kigali Plc must be submitted not later than the 24 th

April 2026 at 3:30 PM on BK ERP portal. ERP link will be shared with interested bidders.

Bidders are required to clearly state their price proposals in either Rwandan Francs (RWF) or

United States Dollars (USD), including detailed payment terms. Submissions must include both

financial and technical proposals, accompanied by at least three (3) recent audited financial

statements, at least three (3) reference certificates for similar services recently undertaken, and

any additional information as specified in the Terms of Reference (TORs).

The technical proposal must comprehensively address all required information and strictly

adhere to the format and structure outlined in the TORs.
