TENDER TITLE: REHABILITATION WORKS OF SIX (6) WATER SOURCES IN NGOMA, KAYONZA,

RWAMAGANA, RULINDO, NYARUGURU, AND NYAMAGABE DISTRICTS; EXTENSION OF ONE (1)

WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM IN NYANZA DISTRICT; AND REHABILITATION OF ONE (1) BOREHOLE

IN BUGESERA DISTRICT.

TENDER N O: 28/RE/2025-2026

Ripple Effect (formerly Send a Cow) invites qualified companies with proven experience in water sources

rehabilitation works as specified in detail in the tender document.

Tender Documents in English may be obtained from Ripple Effect Office, P.O. Box 522 Kimihurura-Kigali, from

17/04/2026 between 9.00 am and 4:00 pm from Monday to Thursday and from 9.00 am to 12.30 pm on Fridays

upon presentation of proof of payment of 20,000 RWF to Account N o 6775000006 opened at ECOBANK in the

name of Ripple Effect.

Site visit is scheduled between and 22 nd and 24 th April 2026. Details for the site visit are found within this tender

document.

Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in three copies one of which is the original must reach at the

address mentioned above not later than 29/04/2026 at 10:30 am.

The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender number and title. Late bids will be rejected.

Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend in the Ripple Effect

conference room on 29/04/2026 at 11:00 am.
