JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Main Purpose of the Post
   • Participate in teaching and learning activities
   • perform research and innovation activities
   • Engage in community outreach and technology transfer
   • help with new curricula development
2. Duties and Responsibilities
   • Teach and train students in Aquaculture and related fields
   • Plan, produce, and perform lectures and research
   • Contribute to development and implementation of high-quality curricula
   • Engage in scholarly and professional community outreach activities
   • perform research and innovation activities
   • Mentor junior teaching staff and students
   • Participate in income-generating activities of the institution
   • Supervise and facilitate student projects
   • assist digitalization of teaching and learning (LMS, e-portfolios, digital assessments)
   • Strengthen partnerships with industry and public institutions
   • Facilitate student industrial attachments
   • deliver professional and technical advice to the institution
   • Participate in curriculum design, evaluate, and harmonization (Aquaculture Engineering programs)
   • deliver technical advisory services to fish farmers, cooperatives, and SMEs
   • Uphold academic integrity and professional ethics
   • Perform any other tasks assigned by supervisors
3. Additional Requirement
   • Candidate must have at least two (2) publications in peer-reviewed indexed journals
