Duties and Responsibilities

1. Teach and train students in Aquaculture and related fields
2. Plan, produce, and deliver lectures and perform research
3. Contribute to development and implementation of high-quality curriculum
4. Engage in professional and personal development
5. Participate in scholarly and community outreach activities
6. Contribute to research and innovation
7. Mentor junior staff and students
8. Participate in institutional income-generating activities
9. Supervise and facilitate student projects
10. assist digitalization of teaching (LMS, e-portfolios, digital assessments)
11. Strengthen partnerships with industry and public institutions
12. Facilitate student industrial attachments
13. deliver professional and technical advice
14. Participate in curriculum design, evaluate, and harmonization
15. deliver advisory services to fish farmers, cooperatives, and SMEs
16. Uphold academic integrity and professional ethics
17. Perform any other duties assigned by supervisors
