TENDER TITLE: TENDER FOR THE SUPPLY OF DRUGS, MEDICAL CONSUMABLES COSMETICS
AND PARAPHRMACY ITEMS TO KING FAISAL HOSPITAL RWANDA (KFHR) 

TENDER REFERENCE NUMBER: 19/G/ OICB /2025 - 2026/KFHR

Number of lots: 15 lots 

King Faisal Hospital, Rwanda ,hereinafter called “Client “ funded by its ordinary budget, towards the cost of the supply of drugs, medical consumables , cosmetics & parapharmacy items to King Faisal Hospital Rwanda, The client intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this bidding document is issued.

King Faisal Hospital, Rwanda invites interested eligible bidders to submit their bids for the supply of drugs, medical consumables, cosmetics & parapharmacy items as indicated in detail in the following lots and technical specifications of bidding document. 

1. Supply of drugs acting on the respiratory system
2. Supply of drugs for obstetrics, gynecology, and urinary tract disorders
3. Supply of wound management products
4. Supply of DVT consumables
5. Supply of OBS and GYN consumables
6. Supply of orthopedic consumables
7. Supply of plastic surgery consumables
8. Supply of theatre consumables
9. Supply of hygiene and cosmetics
10. IR and cath lab
11. GI Consumables
12. Miscellaneous medication 
13. Miscellaneous consumables 
14. Cardiac surgery consumables
15. Perfusion consumables

Tender Documents may be obtained from the King Faisal Hospital Procurement Department from 08:30 to 16:30 hours, Monday to Friday, except on public holidays and week-ends upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of 10,000 Rwf to the account No 6775021405 opened in ECOBANK, in the name of King Faisal Hospital, Rwanda. 

All bids “shall” be accompanied by a “Bid Security” as the attachment, duly signed and sealed by the guarantor (recognized Bank or Insurance). This bid security shall be valid until thirty days after the bid validity period.

Enquiries regarding this tender may be addressed to the Director of Procurement through the
email: procurement@kfhkigali.com , King Faisal Hospital, Gasabo District, Kigali City, P.O. Box 2534 – Kigali Rwanda. 

Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in one original and two copies, must reach the
Procurement department King Faisal Hospital, Rwanda at the address mentioned below not later
than 2:00pm local time on April24th, 2026. Late bids will be rejected.

Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at the
address below on April 24th, 2026, 2:30 Pm local time.

The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender name, title.
