Job Title: Social Media & Content Strategist

Location: Rwanda

Position Overview:
The organization is seeking a creative and strategic Social Media & Content Strategist to strengthen our online presence, tell impactful stories, and engage our audience across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• create and execute social media and content strategies aligned with the Foundation’s mission 
• Create, curate, and oversee engaging content (text, images, videos) across platforms 
• oversee and grow social media accounts and online communities 
• Plan and execute digital campaigns to increase visibility and engagement 
• track analytics and performance to optimize content and campaigns 
• Capture and share impactful stories from the field 
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms 

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing 
• Strong writing, storytelling, and communication skills 
• Creativity and ability to produce engaging multimedia content 
• Familiarity with social media tools and analytics 
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines 
• Passion for social impact and community development
