Laboratory Technician

Reports To: Director of Materials Testing Laboratories Unit

Job Responsibilities

- Ensure availability of laboratory testing tools, consumables, and PPEs.
- Report broken laboratory testing tools, consumables, and PPEs for replacement.
- detect and requisition laboratory testing tools, consumables, and PPEs.
- Issue laboratory testing tools, consumables, and PPEs to laboratory analysts.
- Assist the laboratory officer in sample preparation for tests.
- Plan and perform preventive maintenance of testing equipment.
- produce samples/specimens.
- Follow methodologies in carrying out routine tasks.
- track laboratory environmental conditions.
- Organize and keep laboratory storage, samples, and specimens.
- Perform any other organization-related duties assigned by the direct supervisor or any other duly authorized person.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering – 0 Year of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry – 0 Year of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering – 0 Year of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in Metallurgy Engineering – 0 Year of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in Renewable Energy Engineering – 0 Year of relevant experience.
