Job Title: Head of Partnerships, Innovation and Funds Mobilisation

Location: Rwanda (with frequent travel across the country)

About the Role:
D&D Karuse Foundation is seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to guide its partnerships, innovation, and resource mobilization efforts. The successful candidate will play a key role in building strategic relationships, driving innovation, and securing sustainable funding to assist the Foundation’s mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• create and execute strategies for partnerships, innovation, and fundraising 
• Build and keep strong relationships with donors, partners, and stakeholders 
• guide proposal development, grant writing, and donor engagement initiatives 
• detect and drive innovative solutions to enhance organizational impact 
• Represent the Foundation in high-level meetings and forums 
• Ensure effective management of partnerships and donor reporting 

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum age: 35 years 
• Proven experience in partnerships development, fundraising, or business development 
• Strong networking, negotiation, and communication skills 
• Ability to travel and work across different regions of the country 
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines 
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and results-oriented mindset 
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills
