Job Responsibilities

- oversee daily operations of BSL-2 greenhouse and screenhouse facilities.
- Oversee containment, plant maintenance, and biosafety compliance.
- organize planting, maintenance, phenotyping, and trait efficacy evaluation of biotechnology materials.
- execute Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for greenhouse operations, pest management, waste disposal, and safety.
- assist the progression of guide events from tissue culture to greenhouse and field trials.
- keep accurate records and databases for plant materials and trials.
- Train technical staff on greenhouse management and biosafety procedures.
- assist inspections, audits, and regulatory compliance activities.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

- Master's Degree in Rural Development – 5 Years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in Development Studies – 10 Years of relevant experience.
- Master's Degree in Development Studies – 5 Years of relevant experience.
- Master's Degree in Horticulture – 5 Years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in Horticulture – 10 Years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in Agronomy – 10 Years of relevant experience.
- Master's Degree in Agronomy – 5 Years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in Crop Science – 10 Years of relevant experience.
- Master’s Degree in Crop Sciences – 5 Years of relevant experience.
- Master’s Degree in Crop Protection – 5 Years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in Rural Development – 10 Years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in Crop Protection – 10 Years of relevant experience.
