Job Responsibilities

- Plan and perform genetic transformation, gene editing, and molecular characterization activities.
- create, optimize, and execute laboratory protocols for molecular analysis and biotechnology applications.
- Perform and interpret molecular assays including PCR, qPCR, sequencing, and marker analysis.
- Generate high-quality molecular data for biosafety and regulatory submissions.
- produce technical reports and scientific publications.
- Supervise molecular biology technicians.
- Train RAB staff and students in modern biotechnology techniques.
- Ensure compliance with laboratory SOPs, biosafety, and data quality.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Plant Breeding – 10 Years of relevant experience.
- Master's Degree in Plant Breeding – 5 Years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Plant Biotechnology – 10 Years of relevant experience.
- Master’s Degree in Plant Biotechnology – 5 Years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Molecular Biology – 10 Years of relevant experience.
- Master’s Degree in Molecular Biology – 5 Years of relevant experience.
