INVITATION TO TENDER №: BKF/ESG/TENDER/02/2026

BK Foundation is the corporate social investment arm of BK Group, established in 2023 to

assist inclusive and sustainable socio-economic transformation in Rwanda. BK

Foundation would like to establish a fully functional, Group-wide ESG and sustainability

reporting operating system. BK Foundation hereby invites bids from national and

international qualified service providers for the above mentioned services.

Terms of References (TORs) for the above mentioned services will be sent to emails of

interested bidders from the 13 th /04/2026. Interested Bidders should express their interest

to tender on procurement@bk.rw. Bids with a cover letter addressed to the Executive

Secretary of BK Foundation must be submitted not later than the 22 nd April 2026 at 3:00 PM

CAT on an ERP link that will be shared with interested bidders.

Interested bidders are required to submit a financial proposal, technical proposal including

all details specified in the TORs, a detailed company profile, including comprehensive

information on the company’s shareholders and directors, at least 3 reference certificates

for recent and similar services, Valid Taxes clearance certificate, Company’s Registration

Certificate, Organizational policies demonstrating environmental, social and governance

(ESG) Practices and any other requirement specified in the Terms of Reference (TORs).
