Reports To: Plant & Microbial Biotechnology Program Coordinator / Senior Principal Research Fellow

Job Responsibilities

- Supervise and validate the installation of electromechanical systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Ensure MEP systems meet the specific requirements of biotechnology laboratories and BSL-compliant facilities, including air pressure control, filtration, and backup power.
- organize the integration of mechanical and electrical systems with civil and architectural works.
- Repair, install, and test laboratory utilities.
- Participate in the commissioning, testing, and handover of all electromechanical systems.
- deliver technical documentation, operation manuals, and maintenance guidelines.
- assist troubleshooting and optimization during the early operation of the facility.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Electromechanical Engineering – 5 Years of relevant experience.
