Job Title: Electro-Mechanical Technician

Reports To: Property Operations Manager/ Electro-Mechanical Senior Engineer

Job Purpose

The Electro-Mechanical Technician will be tasked with the operation, maintenance, and optimization of all electro-mechanical systems within Brilliant Tower. The role ensures efficient performance of building systems, compliance with safety standards, and uninterrupted services.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee installation, operation, and maintenance of HVAC, elevators, generators, electrical, and plumbing systems.
perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of all electro-mechanical equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve system faults to minimize downtime.
organize with external contractors and suppliers for maintenance and repairs.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and operational standards.
produce maintenance reports, logs, and technical documentation.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Electro-Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in building maintenance or commercial property management.
Experience working with modern building systems (HVAC, lifts, BMS, generators).
Strong understanding of safety standards and maintenance procedures.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
