2. Objective of the tender

The objective of this tender is to procure high-quality, durable, and efficient Coffee machine and accessories to assist hotel operations.

3. Scope of work

The successful bidder shall be tasked with:

• Supply of coffee machine and accessories
• Delivery to designated location (Mantis Akagera Game Lodge)
• Installation and commissioning 
• Basic use training to the concerned staff members
• Provision of warranty and after-sales service

5. Eligibility criteria

Interested bidders must:

• Company registration certificate
• Have proven experience in supplying similar equipment 
• Provide at least three (3) references of similar contracts 
• Demonstrate capacity to deliver after-sales service and spare parts 
• Competitive financial proposal
• RRA clearance certificate
• RSSB clearance certificate
