Tender document can be obtained from (22/06/ 2026) at RYAF office located at MINAGRI premises, Kacyiru, Gasabo, Kigali City upon presentation of a prepaid bank slip of none-refundable amount of ten thousand Rwanda Franc (10,000 Frw) on account N0 4490365160 (RYAF revenues) open in BPR bank
