CALL FOR APPLICATIONS: Construction Supervision Consultancy Services for the Construction of the Sexual and Reproductive Health and Academic Center of Excellence for RSOG at Nyagatare District Hospital

Dear Supervision Firms, 

The Rwanda Society of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (“RSOG”) hereby invite qualified and experienced construction supervision firms to submit applications for the provision of supervision services for the construction of the of the Sexual Reproductive Health (SRH) and Academic Center of Excellence at Nyagatare District Hospital at Nyagatare District, Eastern Province, Rwanda.

The objective of this assignment is to ensure effective, efficient, continuous and compliant supervision of the construction works to guarantee that the project is executed in full compliance with approved designs, technical specifications, quality standards, and agreed construction schedule. The supervising firm shall be tasked with overseeing the proper execution of works and ensuring that the completed facility is delivered to the required standards of quality, safety, durability and performance in line with the project objectives of establishing a modern facility that will strengthen sexual and reproductive health (SRH) services, enhance training and research, and assist community outreach in reproductive health. The duration of the supervision services shall correspond to the construction period, estimated at ten (10) months. This period may be extended, where necessary, to align with any approved extension of the construction works in accordance with the agreement between RSOG and the contractor, ensuring continuous supervision until completion of construction works. 

This is an open competitive selection process. Interested firms are required to submit both technical and financial proposals in accordance with the Terms of Reference (ToR).

Detailed design documents are confidential and shall only be shared with shortlisted firms or the selected consultant as deemed necessary by RSOG.

All requests for clarification shall be submitted in writing to the same email address no later than 19th June 2026.
