About Epic Hotel

We are seeking an experienced and passionate People & Culture Manager to guide our people strategy and assist the hotel’s continued growth and operational excellence.

The Role

As the People & Culture Manager, you will be tasked with overseeing all HR functions within the hotel. You will play a key role in building a positive workplace culture, ensuring compliance with labour laws, and driving employee engagement and performance across all departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • guide and oversee the full recruitment and onboarding process
  • create and execute HR policies and procedures in line with local labour laws
  • Oversee employee relations, including disciplinary processes and grievance handling
  • assist department heads with performance management and workforce planning
  • Drive employee engagement, retention, and training initiatives
  • Ensure accurate HR administration, reporting, and record-keeping
  • oversee payroll coordination, benefits, and staff welfare programs
  • Promote a strong service culture aligned with the hotel’s brand values

Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 3–5 years’ HR experience, preferably within the hospitality industry
  • Proven experience in employee relations and labour law compliance
  • Professional HR certification (advantageous)

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
