1. Introduction

Icyerekezo SACCO Nyarugenge (ISN) is a District Savings and Credit Cooperative licensed by the National Bank of Rwanda (BNR). It was established following the merger of all Umurenge SACCOs operating within Nyarugenge District.

The ISN hereby invites eligible and qualified bidders to submit sealed bids for the supply and delivery of nineteen (19) computers in accordance with the requirements outlined below.

2. Scope of Supply

The assignment covers the provision of the following ICT equipment:

Twelve (12) Laptop Computers
Seven (7) Desktop Computers

Delivery shall be made to Icyerekezo SACCO Nyarugenge Head Office.

5. Submission Requirements and Bid Opening

Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes.
The outer envelope shall clearly indicate the bidder’s name, address, and contact details, and be marked:“Tender for Supply of 19 Computers (12 Laptops and 7 Desktop Computers)”
Submission shall be strictly in hard copy format only.
Late submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances and shall be returned unopened.

Nyarugenge District

7. Bid Opening

Opening of bids will be conducted publicly on 7th July 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Icyerekezo SACCO Nyarugenge Meeting Room.

Bidders or their authorized representatives are invited to attend the session.

8. Mandatory Requirements

Interested bidders must include the following documents in their submission:

Valid RDB Trading License
Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
Valid RSSB Clearance Certificate
Proof of EBM compliance
Proof of payment of RWF 20,000 non-refundable tender fee to:
- Bank: Bank of Kigali (BK)
- Account Name: Icyerekezo SACCO Nyarugenge
- Account Number: 100202245719
Three (3) certificates of good completion supported by signed contracts or purchase orders. Only experience related to ICT equipment supply will be considered.
A commitment letter confirming delivery within three (3) working days after receipt of the purchase order or contract.
A financial proposal indicating unit and total prices inclusive of transport and all applicable taxes.

Failure to submit any of the above documents shall result in automatic disqualification.
