TENDER NOTICE FOR CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION CONSULTANCY SERVICES

TENDER TITLE: Construction Supervision Consultancy Services (Terms of Reference and Tender Documents) for Phase 1 Construction of Life Giving Christian Academy (LGCA) ERC Masoro Parish

TENDER REFERENCE NUMBER: ERC/MP/WORKS/2026/02

1. Evangelical Restoration Church (ERC Masoro Parish) located at , KG 30 Street, Masoro Village, Masoro Cell, Ndera Sector, Gasabo District, City of Kigali, hereinafter called the "Client"
2. ERC Masoro Parish hereby invites qualified and interested companies to submit bids for construction supervision consultancy services for Phase 1 construction of Life Giving Christian Academy, as detailed in the Statement of Requirements.
3. Tender Documents in English may be obtained by sending a request via email to ercmasoro@ercfamily.org, upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of 10,000 Rwf to account No 100001958857 opened in Bank of Kigali (BK-FRW), in the name of ERC KIPM MASORO.

5. Submission Requirements:

Sealed hard-copy submission consisting of:

• One original and one copy of the Technical Proposal
• One original and one copy of the Financial Proposal
• Each proposal must be placed in a separate sealed envelope, then enclosed together in one sealed outer envelope.
• A mandatory USB flash drive containing the full bid documents must be included inside the outer envelope.
• Submissions must be delivered to ERC Masoro Parish at the above address no later than August 19th, 2026 at 2:00 pm.
• Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.

6. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for August 7th, 2026, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm.

7. The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender name and title.
