1.Introduction and Background

NCBA Bank Rwanda PLC is a licensed commercial bank and part of the NCBA Group With a variety of Branches across the country; The organization is seeking qualified independent Senior Business Analyst consultant for a period of 18 months to assist the implementation of the T24 R25 Core Banking Re-implementation Program.

2 Aims and Objectives.

This initiative aims to assist NCBA with senior-level business analysis, leadership, and assist the successful delivery of the project across the business and technology workstreams with below targeted outcomes:

•  Completion of requirements within agreed milestones
•  Successful SIT and UAT assist
•  Reduction in project delivery risk
•  Improved Traceability and documentation
•  Supporting successful Migration and Go-live readiness
