Job responsibilities

• Design, execute, keep, and enhance Management Information Systems that assist the strategic and operational objectives of RBC.

• oversee the integration of health information systems and other institutional information systems to ensure seamless data exchange and interoperability.

• Ensure the availability, integrity, confidentiality, and security of organizational information systems in accordance with national ICT policies and data protection regulations.

• Analyze business processes and user requirements and recommend appropriate ICT solutions to enhance efficiency and service delivery.

• track system performance, detect technical issues, and organize timely maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting.

• create and keep standard operating procedures, user manuals, and technical documentation for information systems.

• deliver technical assist and training to system users to ensure effective utilization of management information systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering
