HVP Gatagara Orthopedic and Rehabilitation Hospital invites eligible bidders to submit their bidsfor cleaning services as indicated in detail in the Statement of Requirements.

The tender document can be obtained from the secretariat office of HVP Gatagara Orthopedic and Rehabilitation Hospital between8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.,Monday through Friday. All interested bidders must pay a non-refundable fee of ten thousand Rwandan francs (10,000 Rwf), which should be deposited into bank accountNo 443-2153198-11at BPR (HVP Gatagara). Proof of payment must be presented to receive the Tender Document.

A Compulsory site visit is scheduled on22/09/2026 at HVP Gatagara Hospital HQfrom 10h00 a.m. to 11h00 a.m. local timeand on 23/09/ 2026 at HVP Gatagara Hospital Gikondo Branchfrom 10h00 a.m. to11h00 a.m. local timethe site visit must be done by a representative of the company and present the proof to be a company staff.

All bids must be submitted to the secretariat office of HVP Gatagara Orthopaedics and Rehabilitation Hospital no later than05/10/2026, at 10:00 a.m. local time.Late bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened on05/10/2026, at 11:00 a.m. local time.Bidders are welcome to attend the bid opening.

The bids shall remain valid for a period of 120 days starting from the submission deadline mentioned above. 

Bidding will be conducted in accordance with Law N° 031/2022 of 21/11/2022 and Ministerial Order N° 001/23/10/TC of 10/10/2023 governing public procurement.
