MAINTENANCE, SUPPLY, AND INSTALLATION OF AIRCONDITIONERS AND SPAREPARTS UNDER FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT

TENDER NOTICE TITLE: MAINTENANCE, SUPPLY, AND INSTALLATION OF AIRCONDITIONERS AND SPAREPARTS UNDER FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT TENDER 

REFERENCE NO: 11.07.022/002/26-27/NCS/NCB/EUCL/DCS-PROC/CG/RR/RM PROCUREMENT METHOD: NATIONAL OPEN COMPETITIVE BIDDING (NCB) SOURCE OF FUNDS: ENERGY UTILITY CORPORATION LIMITED (EUCL)

1. The Energy Utility Corporation Limited (EUCL) hereby invites sealed bids from eligible bidders to submit their best offers for maintenance, supply and installation of air conditioners and spare parts under framework contract as detailed in the supply of the requirement. This tender is comprised of One (1) indivisible lot.

2. Participation in the competition is open on equal conditions to all companies specialized in the field.

3. Bidding will be conducted through the National Open Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures specified in the updated REG Procurement User Manual.

4. Tender Documents may be obtained on any working day starting from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm at EUCL Headquarter, KN82 ST Nyarugenge District, 1st Floor, Room N° G114, the Secretariat Office of the Procurement Management of EUCL,E-mail:chuwineza@eucl.reg.rw, or procurement-eucl@eucl.reg.rw, upon presentation of a proof payment of a non-refundable fee of Ten thousand Rwandan Francs (10,000Frw) deposited to Account N° 25044962001 opened at I & M Bank, Rwanda or Account N° 2001161020000121 opened at NCBA Bank, Rwanda.

5. Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in two copies, one of which is the original must reach the Secretariat of the Procurement Management at the address mentioned above not later than08 /10/ 2026 at 10:00 am. Late bids and electronics bids will be rejected and returned unopened. The bids should be well sealed and addressed to the following address: Attention: To the Managing Director, Energy Utility Corporation Limited (EUCL) EUCL Headquarter Office’s 1st Floor, Room N° G114, at the Secretariat of Procurement Management Kigali – Rwanda

6.The opening of the bids will take place the same day at 10:30 a.m. Local time in the conference room of EUCL Head Office in a public session.

7.All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of 1,665,000Frw Issued by a corresponding Rwandan financial institution as per format provided in the bidding document with the validity period of at least 150 days from the opening date of bids.

8.The bids shall remain valid for 120 days starting from the deadline of bids submission. The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender name and title.
