TENDER NOTICE
TENDER TITLE: EXECUTION OF WORKS FOR PAINTING SERVICES UNDER FRAMEWORK CONTRACT AT KING FAISAL HOSPITAL, RWANDA.

TENDER REFERENCE NUMBER: 02/W /NCB/2026-2027/KFHR

1.King Faisal Hospital, Rwanda (KFHR) , hereinafter called the "Client," funded by its operational budget, towards the cost of Execution of works forPainting services under framework at King FaisalHospital, Rwanda. The Client intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this Bidding Document is issued. 

2.King Faisal Hospital, Rwanda is therefore inviting interested and qualified companies to submit bids for Execution of works for painting services under frameworks contract at King Faisal Hospital, Rwanda as indicated in detail in the statement of requirements. 

3.Tender Documents in English may be obtained from the King Faisal Hospital Procurement Department from 08:30 to 17:00 hours, Monday to Friday, except on public holidays upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of 10,000 Rwf to account No 6775021405 opened in ECOBANK, in the name of King Faisal Hospital, Rwanda 

1. All bids “shall” be accompanied by a “Bid Security” of Rwf 1,100, 000 duly signed and sealed by the guarantor (recognized Bank/Insurance Company). This bid security shall be valid until thirty days after the bid validity period.
2. Enquiries regarding this tender may be addressed to the Director of Procurement through the email:procurement@kfhkigail.com, King Faisal Hospital, Gasabo District, Kigali City, P.O. Box 2534 – Kigali – Rwanda. 
3. Well-printed bids, properly bound and presented in 3 copies one of which is the original must reach King Faisal Hospital, Rwanda, at the address mentioned above not later than 2:00 pm August 5th, 2026. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.
4. The bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at King Faisal Hospital, Rwanda at the address mentioned below not later than 2:30 pm local time on August 5th, 2026.
5. The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender name and title.
