From our origins as technical experts in reproductive, maternal and child health, Jhpiego has grown to embrace new challenges, including HIV/AIDS, malaria, GHS and cervical cancer prevention, reflecting the increasing interconnectedness of global health.

Jhpiego hereby invites national bidders to submit quotations for the supply of the following materials. Participation in this competition is open on equal conditions to all companies specializing.

INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS

For clarity, this Request for Quotation is divided into Two (2) Lots (List in Annex):

• Lot 1: IT Equipment 
• Lot 2: Conference Room System Equipment 

Eligibility Documents (mandatory, to be included in the technical proposal):

•  RDB Registration Certificate
•  Valid RSSB Certificate 
•  Valid Tax clearance Certificate 
• Certificate of Good Completion for at least three (3) similar tenders executed 
• Mandatory Bid Security for 3% of the total amount on each lot.

Quotation Format:

The quotations for each lot should include the following documents:

1. Technical Proposal (Warranty Period, Products Catalogue, technical specifications)
2. Financial Proposal (price, delivery time and, Quotation validity)

• Prices must be quoted in Rwandan Francs (RWF), for each Lot
• Each item should be quoted with VAT Inclusive

Submission Deadline:

All quotations must be submitted on the separate signed and stamped file (Technical and Financial) electronically to the email bellow: Rwanda.Procurement@jhpiego.orgno later than Thursday, 2nd May 2026, 4:00 PM Kigali time with hidden Password that will be asked during evaluation.

Late submissions will be rejected.

All inquiries must be submitted in writing at least two (2) business days before the submission deadline.

Note:Jhpiego reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all proposals at any time prior to _contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder(s) or any obligation to inform the affected bidder(s} of the grounds for Jhpiego's action.
