TENDER TITLE:CONSTRUCTION OF A SELLING POINT COMPRISING 160 SELLING STALLS, A BUTCHERY, STORAGE ROOM, MEETING ROOM, ECD CORNER, COFFEE AND TEA SHOP, SEVEN-DOOR LATRINE BLOCK, HANDWASHING STATION, SECURITY ROOM, METALLIC FENCE, RETAINING WALL, AND ACCESS ROAD IN GATI CELL, MUYIRA SECTOR, NYANZA DISTRICT, SOUTHERN PROVINCE.

ActionAid Rwanda hereby invites national tenders for “Construction of a Selling Point Comprising 160 Selling Stalls, a Butchery, Storage Room, Meeting Room, ECD Corner, Coffee and Tea Shop, Seven-Door Latrine Block, Handwashing Station, Security Room, Metallic Fence, Retaining Wall, and Access Road in Gati Cell, Muyira sector, Nyanza district, Southern Province.”Participation to the competition is open on equal conditions to all national companies or enterprises specialized in the field with a valid trading license.

The Tender Document may be obtained from ActionAid email:  Actionaid.Rwanda@actionaid.org One day after submission of the bank slip of non-refundable fee often thousand Rwanda francs (10,000Frw) deposited to the account N°100000509258/00040-0043097-62of ActionAid opened at Bank of Kigali. The tender document will be available from17/09/2026 after submitting the bank slip onemail: Actionaid.Rwanda@actionaid.orgnot later thanone day after submission of the bank slip. 

The mandatory site visit is scheduled forWednesday, 23/09/2026, at 11:00 AM. The visit will begin at theActionAid Rwanda Nyanza Office in Nyanza District.

Well prepared bids written in English language, properly bound, and presented in 2 copies of which, an original and 1 copy in sealed envelopes will be submitted to ActionAid Rwanda Head offices in Remera, KG 178 ST, 5 Amahoro Village, RUKIRI II Cell, Remera Sector, Gasabo District, Near Amahoro National Stadium next to RSSB/CSS Building onTuesday, 6/10/2026 at 10:30 AM. 

The opening of the bids will take place in a public session on the same day at10:45 AM at the Actionaid conference-room. Late bids will be rejected.
