Tender for the Supply of Cabrio 250 EC (Pyraclostrobin 250 G/L) Fungicide for the Control of Coffee Berry Disease (Colletotrichum Kahawae) and Coffee Leaf Rust (Hemileia Vastatrix) in Rwanda

INVITATION TO BID (ITB)

TENDER FOR THE SUPPLY OF CABRIO 250 EC (PYRACLOSTROBIN 250 g/L) FUNGICIDE FOR THE CONTROL OF COFFEE BERRY DISEASE (Colletotrichum kahawae) AND COFFEE LEAF RUST (Hemileia vastatrix) IN RWANDA

The Coffee Exporters and Processors Association in Rwanda (CEPAR), through the CEPAR Fertilizer and Pesticide Fund, invites eligible and qualified bidders to submit sealed bids for the supply of 800 litres of Cabrio 250 EC (Pyraclostrobin 250 g/L) fungicide.

Tender Details

Quantity: 800 litres

Application Period: October 2026 (Season 2027A)

Delivery Date: On or before 30 September 2026

Delivery Terms: CIP Kigali (NAEB Warehouse, Gikondo)

• Transport, insurance, customs clearance, and delivery shall be borne by the supplier.
• Offloading shall be the responsibility of the supplier.

Payment Terms: 100% payment after successful delivery.

Bid Submission Deadline:22 July 2026 at 10:00 AM

Documents Comprising the Bid

The bid shall include:

1.Bid Submission Letter signed and stamped.

2. Copy of a valid Trading License.

3. Original or certified copy of the Social Security Certificate (for local companies).

4. Detailed technical specifications demonstrating conformity with the required product specifications.

5. Written authorization or Power of Attorney authorizing the signatory.

6. Manufacturer's Authorization confirming:

• Availability of the pesticide (or estimated delivery date to Kigali);
• Exact storage location (Country and Town of origin);
• Ability to deliver the product by 30 September 2026.
  The authorization must be signed and stamped.

7. Financial Proposal in Rwandan Francs (RWF), clearly indicating All Taxes Inclusive (ATI) and duly signed and stamped.

8. Original or certified copy of an Independent Laboratory Certificate of Analysis.

9. A valid registration certificate issued by the Rwanda Inspectorate, Competition and Consumer Protection Authority (RICA) confirming that the pesticide is registered in Rwanda for the control of:

• Coffee Berry Disease (Colletotrichum kahawae); and
• Coffee Leaf Rust (Hemileia vastatrix).

10. Any other supporting documents considered relevant by the bidder.
