Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Procurement Manager to guide and oversee our procurement operations. The ideal candidate will oversee strategic sourcing, supplier management, contract negotiations, and ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and services.

Key Responsibilities

• create and execute procurement strategies aligned with company objectives 
• guide sourcing, supplier selection, and contract negotiations 
• oversee supplier relationships and performance 
• Ensure timely procurement of materials and services for projects 
• track market trends, pricing, and supply risks 
• Optimize procurement costs and ensure value for money 
• organize with project teams to align procurement with project schedules 
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements 
• produce procurement reports and forecasts 

Qualifications & Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field 
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in procurement within the construction industry 
• Experience working for a main contractor on construction projects
• Mandatory experience in large-scale projects involving 10+ buildings or multi-block developments
• Candidates should attach references and project completion certificates for similar projects handled
• Strong experience in procurement for MEP, civil, and structural works 
• Proven track record in supplier sourcing, contract negotiation, and cost optimization on complex projects 
• Demonstrated ability to oversee procurement for high-volume, fast-track construction projects 
• Experience working with international suppliers (especially Chinese logistics) is an added advantage
