As we expand our operations, The organization is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales & Business Development Officer to join our team and drive client acquisition and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • detect, approach, and recruit new clients and business owners to partner with Ai7 OPTIVARO
  • Promote and sell the company’s automation services to potential customers
  • create and keep strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • perform market research to detect new business opportunities
  • produce and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
  • Negotiate contracts and close business deals
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • deliver feedback to management on market trends and client needs
  • Represent Ai7 OPTIVARO at networking events, meetings, and business forums

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and keep professional relationships
  • Results-driven with a strong passion for sales and client engagement
  • Good understanding of digital solutions or automation services is an added advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital tools
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Kinyarwanda and/or French is an advantage
