SOURCE OF FUND: Energy Utility corporation Limited (EUCL)

1. EUCL would like to invite eligible bidders to submit their best offers for the provision of outside catering services at RUKARARA 1, NTARUKA A and NYABARONGO 1 hydro power plants (HPPs) under framework contract as detailed in the supply of requirements.

2. This tender is composed of three (1) indivisible Lots as follows:

LOT1: PROVISION OF OUTSIDE CATERING SERVICES AT RUKARARA 1 HPP

LOT2: PROVISION OF OUTSIDE CATERING SERVICES AT NTARUKA A HPP

LOT3: PROVISION OF OUTSIDE CATERING SERVICES NYABARONGO 1 HPP

3. The participation in the competition is open on equal conditions to all companies specialized in this field.

4. Tender Documents may be obtained any working days from 9:00AM to 5: 00 PMat REG Headquarter’s Office 1st Floor, Room No: G114 in Secretariate office of procurement Management of EUCL. Po Box 5634, Kigali Rwanda. Email:procurement-eucl@eucl.reg.rw. Upon presentation of proof payment of a non-refundable fee of 10,000Frw Ten Thousand Rwandan Francs to Account N°:2001161020000121/RWF Opened at NCBA Bank.

5. The original copy of bid security of Lot 3 is One Million Five Hundred Thirty-One Thousand Nine Hundred Fifteen Rwandan Francs (1,531,915) issued by a corresponding Rwandan Financial institution as per the template provided in the tender document with the validity period of at least 150 days from the opening date of bids, Lot 1 and Lot 2 bids shall be accompanied by declaration of Commitment form as per template provided in the bidding document.
