JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Staff Recruitment Management
  • produce CHUB recruitment plan and track its implementation
  • deliver advice and assistance to supervisors on staff recruitment
  • produce notices and advertisements for vacant positions
  • Schedule and organize interviews
  • Participate in applicant interviews
  • perform reference checks for candidates
  • create and execute recruitment procedures and policies
  • Inform unsuccessful applicants
  • Manage staff contracts
  • Update staff lists in HR information systems
  1. Staff Attendance and Leave Management
  • Monitor daily attendance
  • Investigate causes of staff absences
  • Recommend solutions for chronic attendance issues
  • track scheduled absences (holidays, travel) and ensure service continuity
  • Inform relevant stakeholders of unexpected absences and organize actions
  • Ensure continuity of services during staff absence
  • Consolidate and report monthly attendance to supervisors
  1. Employee Labor Relations Management
  • deliver basic counseling to staff with performance challenges
  • Advise on disciplinary actions
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Guide managers and staff on HR policies and procedures
  • manage grievances and disciplinary processes
  • help with development of HR policies and procedures
  • produce correspondence related to employee relations
  • Submit monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
