JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Establish and keep partnerships with employers, industry stakeholders, and professional bodies
• Facilitate work-based learning opportunities, internships, and apprenticeships for students
• Ensure training programs align with industry standards and requirements
• Represent the TVET institution in external meetings, events, and forums
• Act as the main contact between the institution and external partners
• oversee agreements and Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) with stakeholders
• organize industry visits, career fairs, and job placement activities
• deliver feedback from industry partners to enhance curriculum and training delivery
• track students’ progress during internships and fieldwork
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to industry collaboration
• oversee documentation and reporting for partnerships
• Perform any other job-related duties assigned by the supervisor
