INVITATION TO TENDER N° TD-01832-2020

Bank of Kigali (BK) Plchereby invites bids from qualified local bidders for the provision of transportation of assets and unused materials.

Bid submissions with a cover letter addressed to the Head of Procurement and Administration of Bank of Kigali Plc must be submitted not later than the18th/09/2026 at 3:30pmwith subject line “Provision of transportation of assets and unused materials.” and bids will be sent online on ERP Portal that will be shared. Guidelines for online bids submission will be sent separately to your company’s email.

Clearly state the price proposals in Rwandan Francs and Payment terms. Submit a detailed company profile, RDB registration certificate, RSSB Clearance certificate, RRA Tax clearance certificate, performance certificates for the provision of similar services done elsewhere, transportation materials’ authorization from RURA and any information required.
