CLIENT: Rwanda Medical and Dental Council

RMDC hereby invites national tenders for the construction of public building of Rwanda medical and dental council. Participation to the competition is open on equal conditions to all national companies or enterprises specialized in the field with a valid registration certificate.

Participation in this tender is open, on equal conditions, to all national companies and enterprises specialized in construction works and holding a valid registration certificate. The Tender Document may be obtained from RMDC through the email address: info@rmdc.rw, or hard copy at RMDC Head Office Located at Kacyiru Executive Appartement (KEA), in working hours upon submission of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of Ten Thousand Rwanda Francs (Frw 10,000) deposited into Account No. 100001138116 of RMDC opened at BANK OF KIGALI (BK) The tender document shall be sent to the bidder within one (1) working day following the submission of the bank slip.

Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of Frw 7,280,000 (Seven Million Two Hundred Eighty Thousand Rwanda Francs), issued by an authorized financial institution (Commercial Bank or Insurance Company) operating in Rwanda A mandatory site visit is scheduled for 15/06/2026 at 10:00 a.m The visit shall commence from 10:00 a.m to 11:59 a.m.

Well-prepared bids shall be submitted to RMDC at the office of RMDC Head Office Located at Kacyiru Executive Appartement (KEA), Block B, Ground Floor before 25/06/2026 at 10:00 a.m. Bids received after the deadline shall be rejected and returned unopened. Bids submitted electronically or by email shall not be accepted.

The opening of bids will take place at RMDC on the same day at 11:00 a.m. in the presence of bidders' representatives who wish to attend.

For any clarification regarding this tender, interested bidders may submit their requests through the email addressinfo@rmdc.rw.

The bids shall remain valid for a period of 120 days from the bid submission deadline specified above.
