Tender Notice for the Supply and Installation of IT Equipment

Invitation to Tender 

ISOKO SACCO GASABO (ISG) hereby invites eligible and qualified bidders to submit sealed bids for the Supply and Installation of IT Equipment. The procurement is divided into six (6) lots as specified in the schedule of requirements. Bidders may bid for one or multiple lots, and each lot will be evaluated and awarded separately. 

Eligible bidders must be legally registered in Rwanda and meet the qualification requirements specified in the tender document, including submission of RDB Certificate, RRA Tax Clearance, RSSB Clearance, a signed declaration of experience confirming completion of at least two similar contracts in the last three years, a signed declaration of financial capacity confirming adequate resources to perform the contract. A bid security of five percent of the total bid price shall be submitted in the form of a Bank Guarantee or from an authorized financial institution. A performance security of ten percent of the total contract value shall be provided within seven calendar days of contract signing.

Bids must be submitted as one original and two copies of Technical and Financial proposals in two separate sealed envelopes clearly marked "TECHNICAL PROPOSAL" or "FINANCIAL PROPOSAL" with the tender number and title, placed in a larger outer envelope. The submission address is the Procurement Office, ISOKO SACCO GASABO Head Office, Kinyinya, Kagugu KG 14 Ave. No 335, Gasabo District, Kigali.
The deadline for submission is August 12, 2026 at 10:00 AM Local Time. Tender will be opened on August 12, 2026 at 10:30 AM at the ISOKO SACCO GASABO Head Office Meeting Room. Technical proposals will be opened publicly in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend. Financial proposals will remain sealed and will only be opened for bidders who pass the technical evaluation.  after providing proof of payment of a non-refundable tender fee of ten thousand Rwandan francs (Frw 10,000) deposited to Bank of Kigali Account No. 100193149582 in the name of ISOKO SACCO GASABO. ISOKO SACCO GASABO reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to cancel the procurement process at any time before the signing of the contract, to annul the procurement process and is not bound to accept the lowest bid or any bid received.
