TENDER NOTICE

FH Association Rwanda (Food for the Hungry) is an International Christian Relief and Development organization with a value proposition “We design, create, and deliver catalytic solutions that build resilience so that children, families, and communities can flourish”.

FH Rwanda has been implementing integrated relief and development projects in Rwanda since 1994. FH Rwanda operates in Rulindo, Ruhango, Muhanga, Gatsibo, Nyagatare, Ngororero, Nyamasheke, Gisagara and Karongi districts. Our Head Office is located at Umuyenzi Plazza, 2nd Floor, Kisimenti – Remera-Kigali. 

FH Rwanda has adopted an integrated programming model Unlock: resilient systems, flourishing communities through technical specializations, Entrepreneurship and Business Development, Social Behavior Change, Physical and Mental well-being, Early childhood Development, Formal and Non formal education, WASH as well as Disaster Risk Reduction and Response.

Food for the Hungry Rwanda hereby invites sealed bids from eligible national, competent and reputable bidders who have Electronic Billing Machine, qualified, to submit their offers for this tender No 010/06/FY26 for: 

• Lot 1: Construction of a Community training facility in Bwira Sector, Ngororero District Western Province. 

This Invitation to Bid is open to all eligible and qualified construction companies duly registered in Rwanda. Interested bidders are invited to submit bids in accordance with the requirements and conditions outlined in this tender document.

Site visits will be carried out as in the table below: 

N/B: FH RWANDA staff working in that area will guide the visit and FH ASSOCIATION RWANDA will not deliver any transport. Company representatives are required to bring a signed and stamped letter from the Managing Director or staff card showing that he/she works for the company.

The tender documents can be obtained from 18th June 2026 at the reception of FH Association Rwanda office located in 2nd floor of UMUYENZI PLAZA Building, KG 5 RD, Plot nº428, Rukiri I Cell, Remera Sector, Gasabo District, Kigali City upon presentation of a prepaid bank slip of non-refundable amount of ten thousand Rwandan francs (10,000 Rwf). This payment can be done to FH Association Rwanda Bank Account N° 20161863001 /RWF opened in I&M BANK (RWANDA) PLC

Interested bidders should submit their well typed, appropriately bound technical proposal presented in One Original and Two copies and a financial proposal presented in One Original and two copies in sealed envelopes to the above-mentioned address not later than 9th July 2026 at 10:30 a.m. local hour. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.

The bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 am in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend in the meeting room of FH Association Rwanda. 

FH Rwanda reserves the right to reject any bid deemed inappropriate.
