TENDER NOTICE

TITLE: Supply staff uniforms for HVP Gatagara Orthopedic and Rehabilitation Hospital

HVP Gatagara Orthopedic and Rehabilitation Hospitalinvites eligible bidders to submit their bids for supplying staff uniforms as indicated in detail in the Statement of Requirements.

The tender document may be obtained from the secretariat office of HVP Gatagara Orthopedic and Rehabilitation Hospital from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday. All interested bidders must pay a non-refundable fee of Ten Thousand Rwandan francs (10,000Rwf) deposited to bank account No 443-2153198-11 in BPR (HVP Gatagara). The proof of payment must be presented to obtain the Tender Document.

The site visit is scheduled on 28/04/2026 from 10h00 to 12h00 ending time.

N.B: The late visitors will not be allowed to visit the sample. The visitor should be the representative of the company. After presenting the procuration issued by the owner of the company, the site visitor should present his/her ID Card or passport and, absence of these documents will result in automatic disqualification.

All bids will be submitted from the secretariat office of HVP Gatagara Orthopedic and Rehabilitation Hospital, not later than 07/05/2026 at 10:00 am localtime. Late bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened on 07/05/2026 at 11:00 am localtime. Bidders can participate in the opening of bids.

The bids shall remain valid for a period of 120 days starting from the submission deadline mentioned above. 

Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Law N° 031/2022 of 21/11/2022 and Ministerial Order n° 001/23/10/ TC of 10/10/2023, the law governing public procurement.
