REQUEST FOR QUOTATION FOR SUPPLY OF CIVIL, ELECTRICAL AND PLUMBING MATERIALS (16 LOTS)

Any clarification requests can be sent by email to: ughe-procurement@ughe.org, no later than 15th June 2026.

All proposals from interested and qualified bidders must be submitted electronically through the UGHE Procurement System https://ughe.app/eprocurement/index.php no later than June 19th 2026, 10:00AM Kigali time

It is the bidder's responsibility to make sure that their submission is completed by the deadline and all documents are Signed, Free of viruses and corruption. Failure to adhere to these instructions will result in disqualification.
