CLIENT: SOS CHILDREN’S VILLAGES RWANDA 

SOS CHILDREN’S VILLAGES RWANDA (SOS CV RWANDA hereby invites sealed bids from eligible bidders specialized in field of agriculture 

to submit their offers for the tender of Purchase and Supply of Agroforestry trees for radical terraces in SOS Byumba at the sites of Nyamabuye, Nyarutarama in Byumba Sector. 

Participation is open on equal conditions to all companies specialised in the fields of agriculture mainly in agroforestry trees.The companies must be registered with the Registry of the Republic of Rwanda and should not be on blacklist record of any recognized national or international Institutions/organisations.

To obtain the tender document must submit proof of payment of 10,000 RW of non-refundable paid to the account of SOS Children’s Villages Rwanda account number: 400418314910177 entitled SOS-CV RWANDA TRUST opened in BPR. The tender document can be obtained by sending a request through E-mail:sos.procurement@sos-rwanda.org with a copy tososbnc@sos-rwanda.orgwith bank slip of payment fee. 

Well-presented bids, properly organised (in one pdf file) must be submitted to SOS CHILDREN’S VILLAGES RWANDA through e-mail:sos.procurement@sos-rwanda.org with a copy to sosbnc@sos-rwanda.org not later than 29th/09/2026, at 11:00 AM local time.Late bids shall be rejected.
