Technician

Blackbuck has equipped Rwanda's best cafés, hotels, and offices with professional espresso machines, grinders, and technical service since 2020. We're looking for a new member in our Technical Department.
Location :Blackbuck's main office is in Kigali, Gikondo.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, keep, and repair professional coffee machines and grinders for clients Perform routine servicing and testing of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Assist customers with technical assist, advising on the use of accessories and spare parts.
• perform quality checks on repaired or rented machines before delivery to clients.
• keep accurate records of service activities like spare parts usage.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure timely sales, rental, and repair requests.
• Adhere to safety standards and company protocols during all technical work.

What we're looking for

• Fluent French or English required
• Familiarity with basic mechanical and electrical systems; knowledge
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills to assist clients and report technical issues.
• Physical ability to manage equipment installation and repairs (e.g., lifting machines, working with tools).
