Caritas Rwanda through ECD DIGITIZATION PROJECT invites all qualified and eligible bidders to submit their bids for the following tender:

Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in 3 copies one of which is original headed by the letter addressed to the Secretary General of Caritas Rwanda must be submitted to the office of Caritas Rwanda to the above mentioned address and dates (respectively).
