TITLE: SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF CCTV CAMERAS

1. Cooperative Duharirane Gisoziinvites qualified bidders to participate in the tender specified above. The tender shall be executed inone (1) lot.
2. Participation is open, on equal terms, to allspecialized enterprises duly qualified in the relevant field.
3. Interested bidders may obtain the tender documents from theCooperative Duharirane Gisozi’s office, starting from 28 September 2026, upon presentation of a deposit slip confirming payment of anon-refundable fee of RWF 10,000deposited into the following account:Account No.: 4076200015973Bank: Equity Bank Account Name: Cooperative Duharirane Gisozi
4. Bids must be well printed, signed, stamped, properly bound, and prepared in English or French. Bids shall be submitted inthree (3) copies, consisting of one (1) original and two (2) copies.
5. Bids must be submitted to theCooperative Duharirane Gisozi’s office no later than Friday, 23 October 2026, at 10:00 a.m.
6. All bids must be accompanied by acommitment letter.
7. The outer envelope must clearly indicate thetender reference number and title.
8. Bids shall remain valid for a period ofninety (90) daysfrom the bid submission deadline.
9. The site visit is scheduled to take place from5 to 14 October 2026. Any amendments or changes relating to the site visit shall apply only to bidders who have not yet completed the site visit. Bidders who have already completed the site visit shall not be affected by these amendments.)
10. All payments under the contract shall be made inRwandan Francs (RWF).
11. The opening of bids will take place on thesame day, Friday, 23 October 2026, at 10:30 a.m. prompt, at the Cooperative Duharirane Gisozi office, in the presence of bidders or their duly authorized representatives.
