Invitation for Submission of Quotations: Supply and Delivery of Groceries

The Rwanda Society of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (“RSOG”) invites qualified and experienced supplier to submit quotations for the supply and delivery of groceries and related consumable items for RSOG’s office and activities in Kigali. Participation in the procurement process is open, on equal terms, to eligible companies.

The selected supplier will be expected to deliver quality grocery items at competitive prices and deliver them to RSOG as and when required, in accordance with the requirements set out in the Terms of Reference (ToR).

Interested companies are invited to submit their quotations by completing the Grocery Price Schedule attached as Annex 1, indicating the unit price for each listed item. The quoted prices will serve as reference unit prices for future orders placed by RSOG according to their actual requirements and available budget.

Completed Price Schedule must be submitted electronically toprocurement.rsog@rsog.org.rw no later than 01 October 2026 at 11:59 PM. Late submissions will not be considered.
