PROCUREMENT METHOD: NATIONAL COMPETITIVE BIDDING (NCB)

1. Energy Utility Corporation Limited (EUCL) now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the TENDER FOR MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRING SERVICES OF VEHICLES AND MOTOCYCLES USED BY ENERGY UTILITY CORPORATION LIMITED (EUCL)

2. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) in accordance with the Procurement Procedures Manual of REG/EUCL.

3. The Bidding Document may be obtained by interested bidders for any working days from22/09/2026, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pmat EUCL-REG Headquarters, 1st Floor, Room N° G114, in the Secretariat Office of the Procurement Management of EUCL, P.O Box 5634 Kigali,gruhumuriza@eucl.reg.rw or rmutungi@eucl.reg.rw; upon presentation of proof of payment of a non – refundable amount of Ten Thousand Rwandan Francs (Frw 10,000). This payment shall be made to Account No 25044962001/RWF opened at I & M Bank.

4. Bids must be delivered to the address below before or not later than10:00am local time on 14/10/2026Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.

5. All bids shall be accompanied by a bid security of Five Million Rwandan Francs (Frw 5,000,000) issued by a reputable bank or any other financial institution with the validity period of One Hundred Fifty (150) days from the opening date of bids.
