Tender Notice for Framework Supply of Ict Equipment

TENDER NOTICE 

ECF-ICT-EP-TND-2026-005_ FRAMEWORK SUPPLY OF ICT EQUIPMENT 

Ecofleet Solutions Ltd is mandated to modernize and enhance public transport services within the City of Kigali through efficient and reliable fleet management. To ensure staff have access to reliable, standardized, and up-to-date computing equipment, and to assist planned growth in headcount and office capacity, Ecofleet Solutions Ltd intends to establish a Framework Contract with a competent, reputable supplier for the periodic supply of ICT equipment, as and when required, over the framework period. 

To equip its operational offices and administrative spaces, Ecofleet Solutions Ltd requires a consistent and reliable supply of laptops, all-in-one desktop computers, desktop PCs bundled with monitors, heavy-duty dual-track desk mounts, a colour ink tank printer, and original LaserJet Pro MFP toner cartridges. 

The objective of this tender is to select a competent, financially sound, and reputable supplier capable of providing timely, genuine, and warranted ICT equipment on a call-off basis at pre-agreed unit prices, to assist a modern and functional workplace. 

Eligibility 

Participation is open to all eligible firms that meet the requirements specified in the tender documents attached, including valid RDB business registration, RRA tax clearance and evidence of authorized dealership/reseller status for the proposed equipment brand(s) where applicable.
