Umwalimu SACCO (Savings and Credit Cooperative for Rwandan Teachers) hereby invites eligible bidders with proven capabilities and experience registered in Rwanda; to submit their bids to the tender for Construction of Office Partitioning, Strong room, Server room and filing system for Umwalimu SACCO Nyagatare Branch.

A complete set of bidding Documents in English may be obtained by interested bidders at the address below upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of 10,000 frw [Ten thousand Rwandan Francs] deposited to the account no 00040-00288891-58of Umwalimu SACCO opened in I & M bank. 

A Compulsory site visit is scheduled on 15/09/2026 at 11:00am at Nyagatare and will be conducted by Representative of Umwalimu SACCO. 

Well detailed bids containing one original copy and two other copies with a mention of the outer envelope “construction of office partitions, strong room, Server room and filing system at Umwalimu SACCO Nyagatare Branch “must be delivered to the address below in the Secretariat office in a sealed envelope addressed to the Director General, P.O box 2257 Kigali, Street No KG205st, Email: umwalimu.sacco@umwalimusacco.rw, Tel: +(250)781469546 at or before 10:00 AM Local time on 22/09/2026. The public opening of the bids shall be held on the same day at 10:30 AM Local time in UMWALIMU SACCO meeting room in the presence of bidder’s representatives who choose to attend. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.
