Source of Fund: RwandAir’s Ordinary Budget

1. RwandAir (hereinafter called ‘’Client”) has funds from its ordinary budget and intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this Bidding Document is issued.

2. RwandAir invites eligible bidders to submit bids for the tender for supply of hardware materials for Rwandair as indicated in details in the statement of Requirements.

3. Tender Documents in English may be obtained from RwandAir procurement via E-supplier portal link https://esupplier.rwandair.com...Account/Login/

4. Enquiries regarding this tender may be addressed to Senior Manager Procurement RwandAir at the email:procurement@rwandair.com

5. Bids shall be submitted via E-supplier portal link tohttps://esupplier.rwandair.com... no later than 16th October, 2026, at 11:00 am Kigali time. Quotation that arrive late will be rejected and will not be considered for the evaluation. For any Technical assistance regarding e- submission, contact Mr. Ivan IYAMARERE, Tel: +250783273388, email: itservicedesk@rwandair.com.

6. Bids will be opened in through supplier portal system. Therefore, all bidders are requested to summit their bids via the link shared. The bids shall remain valid for a period of 120 days starting from the bid submission deadline.

7. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the RwandAir procurement Policy and Procedure manual as amended to date.

8. RwandAir, however, reserves all the rights to cancel this tender any time before contract is signed without incurring any liability to the bidders.
