TENDER TITLE: SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, TESTING AND COMMISSIONING OF A 160 kVA Online UPS System -LED Screen Power Supply

TENDER REFERENCE No: QAVS-R/PROC/NCB/123/2026

PROCUREMENT METHOD: NATIONAL COMPETITIVE BIDDING.

QA Venue Solutions Rwanda invites eligible bidders to submit bids for the SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, TESTING AND COMMISSIONING OF A 160 kVA Online UPS System — LED Screen Power Supply for QA Venue Solutions Rwanda.

1. Tender Documents in English may be obtained through e-mail on any working day from 1/10/2026 upon presentation of proof payment of a non-refundable fee of Ten Thousand Rwandan Francs (10,000Rwf) deposited on Account N° 00261-06983233-04 for QA Venue Solutions Rwanda in Bank of Kigali. The proof of payment is submitted through e-mail addresses;Procurement@qavenuesolutions.com

2. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of Two million three hundred thousand Rwandan francs only. (2,300,0000RWF). 3. Enquiries regarding this tender may be addressed to:Procurement@qavenuesolutions.comor To the Managing Director QA Venue Solutions Rwanda P.O Box 6739, Kigali, Rwanda

4. Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in Two copies one of which is the original must reach the procurement office at Amahoro Stadium, Avenue: 17, Amahoro Village, Rukiri II Cell, Remera Sector, Gasabo District, PO Box 6739, Kigali, Rwanda. not later than21/10/2026 at 11.00amLocal time. Bids will not be submitted Electronically. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.

5. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at 21/10/2026 am Local Time on the same day, in the Meeting room at Amahoro Stadium.

6. The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender name and title.

7. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the QA Venue Solutions Rwanda Ltd Procurement Procedures manual

8. The bids will remain valid for 120 days starting from the bid’s submission date.
