Sales, Business Development & Client Relations Intern 

Find and win new clients for a growing digital company, then keep them happy from signed contract to delivered project. 

About us 

RW Digital Solutions Ltd is a Kigali-based digital company. We build websites, web and mobile applications, dashboards, portals and IT systems, and run social media marketing for businesses and organisations across Rwanda. 

What you will do 

• Research prospective clients, including SMEs, NGOs, cooperatives, schools, hotels and public institutions. 
• Reach out by phone, email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and visits, and book meetings. 
• Take client briefs and produce proposals and quotations with the team. 
• Track tenders, including on the Umucyo e-procurement system, and help produce responses. 
• organize client projects: kick-off, timelines, weekly updates and final sign-off. 
• Represent the company at business, ICT and networking events. 
• Keep the guide pipeline up to date and report weekly on results. 
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned by your supervisor or the CEO. 

What The organization is seeking 

Open to recent graduates (within the last two years) and final-year students. 

Required 

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT or a related field. 
• Excellent spoken and written English and Kinyarwanda. 
• Confident communicator, comfortable meeting senior decision-makers. 
• Basic understanding of digital services such as websites, apps and social media. 
• Good command of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, and well organised. 

Nice to have 

• Sales or customer-facing experience, even part-time or volunteer. 
• Experience with tools such as Trello or Asana. 
• A network in Kigali's business community. 
• Category B driving licence.
