REQUEST FOR SOLAR PV AND BATTERY ENERGY STORAGE INSTALLATION AT MUHANGA AND ECONOMIC ZONE BRANCHES

Bank of Kigali (BK) Plc invites bids from qualified local and regional service providers for the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of Solar Photovoltaic (PV) systems and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) under a one-year framework contract. The framework contract will commence with a pilot phase covering the Muhanga and Economic Zone branches, with the potential for subsequent deployments at additional locations during the contract period, subject to the Bank's needs.

Terms of References and Specifications for the above-mentioned items will be sent to emails of interested bidders from 20th July 2026. Interested Bidders should express their interest to tender onprocurement@bk.rw. Bids with a cover letter addressed to the Head of Procurement and Administration of Bank of Kigali Plc must be submitted not later than the30th of July 2026 at 3:30PMon an ERP Portal that will be shared with interested bidders.

Clearly state the price proposals with clear cost breakdown in Rwandan francs.

• company profile, 
• RDB registration certificate,
•  Good standing Certificate from RDB, 
• RRA Tax clearance and RSSB Clearance certificate,
• Manufacturer authorization certificates, 
• At least three (3) proof of experience in similar services, 
• Evidence of financial capacity and any other requirement related to this service.
